How do you read this thing?

It starts at the top of Page 1, and ends at the bottom of Page 3. The posts go in order from top to bottom—so, more like a book than a blog. But if you want to surf around, do it.

Why is it just called "Jersey Shore"?

By calling itself "Jersey Shore," this site hopes to a) divert google hits from MTV for these keywords ("jersey + shore"); b) tactically occupy the phrase to help build a network of cast members and fans committed to creating a new, more just economic & social system, one based not on exploitation and over-work (of the many by the few: i.e. 21st century global capitalism), but instead on a shared humanity (difference), solidarity, and desire; and c) begin the slow process of restoring the symbolic "jersey shore" to a place.
